Shannon Cluff
Movement and mindfulness are a way of life for me. I have been a lover of movement my entire life and I thrive on helping others to live fully in their bodies.

I have been teaching yoga and Pilates since 2004 and I owned a studio in Vancouver for 8 years.
I'm a mother, a partner, a teacher trainer and a lover of life. I encourage people I work with to embrace and celebrate their bodies while exploring their personal and professional potential.

How it works
​
Receive two recorded workouts per week, each that you can repeat for 7 days
​
Your Monday class is a challenging Mat Pilates and Strength class using weights, bands, balls and blocks. Each week you'll get a new combination of weight training exercises focused on UPPER BODY + CORE, LOWER BODY + CORE or a FULL BODY strength focused workout. These are the classes where you really see some changes when you do them a few times per week. Be prepared to sweat and grunt ( a lot).

Your Tuesday class is a creative Mat Pilates class using a mix of standing work, creative sequencing, the perfect mix of classical and contemporary exercises PLUS a strong focus on one key area of our strength every class or learning a new and challenging exercise. All the props and lots of fresh content!

Session Duration: June 2nd to July 29th 2025 (9 weeks)
2 Recordings Per Week (each good for 7 days)
